DETROIT – TechTown, the Wayne State University incubator, has partnered with Automation Alley and the Detroit Regional Chamber to office a soup-to-nuts incubation, business service partnership. But with hundreds of thousands of square feet of prime space available in downtown Detroit, and millions of square feet of shuttered factory space in the region, TechTown now is actively recruiting Chinese, Indian and other foreign auto parts makers who want to work with GM and Ford.
