GRAND RAPIDS ? Start-Up Central is offering entrepreneurs one-on-one counseling to refine their business plans. Thirty one-hour coaching sessions are up for grabs starting May 9.
Besides guidance, Start-Up Central co founders David Brenner and Tom Edwards also will ask participants what they?d like to see the quasi accelerator program to focus on in future monthly meetings. Brenner and Edwards are the principals at business consulting firm IdeaWorksLLC. They created Start-Up Central to help entrepreneurs with solid business ideas to create a business plan.
?After almost 25 sessions of Start-Up Central, it seems timely to step back and assess what we have covered this far together and to decide which topics need further discussion,? Brenner said. ?To this end, this provides a special offer to the many supporters of Start-Up Central.?
Brenner said Start-Up Central will do five one-hour sessions a week for six weeks, a total of 30 in all. The coaching sessions will be done at IdeaWorks? offices at 169 Monroe Ave., Suite 320, Grand Rapids.
If you are interested, please contact Brenner at (616) 454-4033. Space is limited to 30 sessions so you are encouraged to make your appointment as soon as possible.
Future Start-Up Central meetings will be announced for the Fall of 2005 in the next few months. You will be notified several weeks in advance for registration.
