WARREN – The Michigan Business and
Professional Association is seeking nominations for exceptional
professional women to honor at its 13th Annual Women and Leadership in the
Workplace Symposium and Awards Luncheon.
The MBPA is dedicated to
recognizing women who have attained significant achievements, peer
recognition and are committed to the advancement of issues related to women
in the business world. The major Women’s event will be held March, 2009.
Awards will be presented to women in seven categories including
business, professional, civic affairs/government, small business
achievement, media, human service/philanthropy and education. Nominations
should be submitted by December 12.
This event is held to promote high professional standards, encourage
leadership, provide education through workshops and assure equal advantages
