LANSING ? Teri Takai, the director of the Michigan Department of Information Technology, will headline a panel hosted by the Michigan Council of Women in Technology on Sept. 21 that will share how their careers have brought them to where they are today.
Takai will join Alison Gleeson, Cisco area vice president, and Viji Murali, Western Michigan University CIO, at a the Career Building Through Networking Skill Shop at the James B. Henry Center of Michigan State University. The panel will be moderated by Kim Hawes, global account manager for Cisco.
The event, from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM, is limited to 100 attendees. The cost is $40 for guests, $30 for members and $15 for students.
