DETROIT ? The McGregor Fund will provide $30,000 to the Nonprofit Enterprise at Work in 2011 to support continued expansion of services in Southeast Michigan through its BoardConnect, ResourceConnect and npServ programs. NEW’s npServ program offers affordable IT support, BoardConnect builds the leadership and effectiveness of nonprofit boards and the ResourceConnect program helps organizations find answer to their nonprofit management questions.

McGregor Fund is a private foundation established in 1925 by gifts from Katherine and Tracy McGregor ? to relieve the misfortunes and promote the well-being of mankind.? The foundation awards grants to organizations in the following areas: human services, education, health care, arts and culture, and public benefit. The area of principal interest of the foundation is the City of Detroit, and Macomb, Oakland and Wayne counties.
