SOUTHFIELD – Raymond & Prokop has hired Mark Malven to chair the companys 10-member Technology Industry Group. Malven replaces Michael Khoury who took a similar job with Jaffe, Raitt, Heuer & Weiss.
Malven, formerly managing partner of Malven Law Group LLC in Chicago, comes to R&P with a diverse portfolio of technology-based clients, including Oracle, EDS, Sun, Microsoft, CSC and IBM.
