LANSING ? If you want to learn how you can sell your products or services to the State of Michigan, you’re going to want to attend Contract Connect on June 7 in Lansing.
The topic of the afternoon program is ?Elements of a Quality Proposal.? It will educate vendors on the expectations of State bid proposals and answer the following questions:
How should responses to State bids be different than those for the private sector?
How do I research the last winning bid submitted?
What are the common mistakes to avoid?
What if I have questions about the bid requirements?
What about price negotiations?
A one hour Question and Answer Period will follow the presentation, with three State officials present to respond one on one to your individual questions.
This event is sponsored by the Michigan Department of Technology, Management & Budget, Purchasing Operations; and its Business Development Unit (BDU). The BDU is your dedicated contact to answer your questions.
This event is provided to you free of charge. However, pre-registration is requested. To register, [email protected]
