GRAND RAPIDS ? The Iserv Technology Group announced Tuesday it has made its second acquisition outside Michigan – the customers of Illinois?based internet service provider (ISP) Cooke Technologies.
In August, Iserv purchased the customers of Chicago-based ISP Caliber Connections Corp. In both cases, terms were not disclosed. The latest agreement provides Iserv with Cooke?s current customer base in Chicago, Danville, Hoopeston and surrounding areas.

Cooke Technologies marks the thirteenth acquisition for ITG. The company most recently acquired the customers of Pinika (www.Pinika.com), a document and process management solutions company based in Grand Rapids.
