TRAVERSE CITY ? The Michigan Small Business & Technology Development Center and the Northwest Michigan Council of Governments will be hosting a series of seminars early next year that will show training, planning and communications directors how to use the Implications Wheel to collect valuable information about the future.

The Implications Wheel does a number of things including:
