LANSING ? The deadline for the “I Love Michigan” Video competition, with a top prize of $2,500, has been extended to midnight Jan. 31.
The competition is designed to spur creativity and artistry throughout Michigan as entrants create videos that tell a story of why they love the state. Videos can last up to 10 minutes and should be clever, engaging, and innovative. Creativity is encouraged.
A panel of Michigan leaders will select the top 10 videos for final consideration. These top 10 entries will then be voted on by the general public at the Prima Civitas Foundation’s website to select the top 3 videos. The previous deadline was Dec. 31, 2010.
