GRAND RAPIDS – There is still time for employers to register to take part in the Michigan Collegiate Virtual Job Fair which features some of the best and brightest students from 27 colleges and universities in Michigan. The fair runs online from April 14-25.
Employers seeking graduating students need to register by end of day April 11. Students need to submit resumes by April 16.
?It?s a very efficient way for employers to recruit Michigan college graduates,? said Bob Thomas, Chairperson of MCVJF Planning Committee. ?For graduates, it?s a very easy way to take a look at job opportunities from 75 to 100 employers. Both employers and students also have the opportunity to conduct virtual interviews online.?
The Michigan Collegiate Virtual Job Fair targets students and recent graduates from the majority of Michigan institutions of higher education. Full-time, part-time, internship/cooperative education and career-related summer positions are welcomed.
The MCVJF is an inexpensive, (only $100 for a virtual booth), efficient method of recruiting college talent on a state-wide basis from the comfort of your office. Job posting, resume collection, and private chat rooms are available. Upgrades are available. Sign up for Virtual Chat for an additional $50. You can get your logo advertised for an additional $100.
