GRAND RAPIDS – CQL has been selected to help test the Microsoft Speech Server 2007, one of twenty companies nationwide to participate in the beta test for the software, which can read text messages over telephones.
Currently, CQL, a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner, is developing several speech applications for its clients based on this advanced technology.
?We are pleased to be a part of the Microsoft Speech Server 2007 TAP,? CQL President Mark Lardieri said in a press release issued Friday. ?The TAP allows us to gain early insight into how Speech Server 2007 will benefit our clients. Additionally, through speech enabled systems, our clients will gain a valuable differentiator on their competitors.?
Clint Patterson, director of product management for Microsoft Speech Server, said Speech Server TAP provides our innovative customers and partners with the opportunity to evaluate Speech Server 2007 and ultimately influence the product through their feedback.
Speech Server 2007 is scheduled for release in late 2006.
CQL is hiring for a variety of technology positions throughout the coming year, and expects to expand its development staff by more than 30 percent in 2006. Prospective employees who are interested in sharing their resume should contact CQL [email protected]
