TROY – Opportunities for professional growth and development in the technology industry are a must for Michigan residents today, and there?s no one better to provide knowledge and experience than one who has risen through the ranks to a leadership position.
From January 1 through January 31, ConnecTech members will be invited to apply to the Mentor Program. The first phase for applicants includes submitting your resume, two letters of recommendation, your cover letter and application fee. The second phase involves completing mentee profiles and identifying goals for the program.
We anticipate accepting between 10-15 mentees for this first year. Members who are accepted into the program will meet with a CIO once per quarter beginning in March ?08, and connect with their mentor via monthly touch-points to provide continuity between meetings.
