TROY – ConnecTech, Michigan’s premier network for technology professionals, honored individual excellence in Web copywriting, Web application development, graphic design and blogging last night.

Winners received a trophy and finalist received a certificate.

?This year?s program really helped highlight the outstanding individual talent that?s right here in our state,? said Danielle DeLonge, ConnecTech Network Manager. ?Combining this year?s program with the Helens, where companies are awarded for outstanding Web design, was a natural fit. The Chamber was great to work with.?

Finalists for the Web copywriting category included Faris Alami, Willi Gutmann and Chris Hill. The winner of the category was Faris Alami, with his MyGutsyDream.Com

Finalists for the Web application development category included Dave Strange, David Chernow, Adam Sgammotta and Joseph Craig. The winner was Joseph Craig, with his Web MINE site IdeaCore.Com/v1/Products/WEDMine

Finalists for the Graphic Design category included Patrick McIntire, William Sargent, Suzanne Dalton and Nicole Worth. The winner was Nicole Worth, for her work on the Mosher & Associates site MosherAndAssociates.Com

Finalists for the Blogging category were Beverly Cornell, Natalie Sitto, Enrico Schaefer and Adrian Platts. Beverly Cornell was the winner, with her blog on Global Business Perspectives GlobalBusinessPerspectives.Com

The Awards were held in conjunction with the Troy Chamber?s Helen eWards, and featured local industry professionals as judges.
