GRAND RAPIDS – Call it growing pains. Call it problems with a complicated new web site. But the facts are Mitechnews.Com was down for about 18 hours from Thursday afternoon to Friday morning. We’re back up and publishing stories again.
There have been a lot of changes at Mitechnews.Com in the past month. We’ve moved our new and improved web site to Online Technologies Corp. We’ve relaunched our WJR Mitechnews.Com eNewsletter and our Security section and eNewsletter with Michigan InfraGard and Walsh College. We also launched our Entrepreneur’s Corner news section and eNewsletter last week; plus we have several more news projects set to go in the first quarter of 2005. With all these software changes going on, I guess we should have expected a few glitches. Our apologies to our readers.
We can’t promise there won’t be technology issues in the future. We can promise that we will do our best to publish news, information, events listings and much more about technology companies and entrepreneurs in Michigan – the state we love.
That said, if you have story ideas, we’d love to hear from you. And again, our apologies for our sometimes gaffs.
