BLOOMFIELD HILLS – O2 Investment Partners announced Thursday that it has made a significant investment in CCSI Networks, partnering with founders Terry and Gene Callahan and the CCSI Networks management team, to continue growing the business. Terms of the investment were not disclosed.

Founded in 2003 and headquartered in Broadview, Illinois, CCSI Networks provides turn-key wireless network deployment services to the telecommunications industry. Formed through the merger of Callahan Communication Services, Four Leaf Construction, and CCSI Design, the combined company has deep expertise across all aspects of wireless network development and deployment for wireless carriers, MSOs, fiber CLECs, OEMs, and venue owners and managers.

“We wanted to find a financial partner who supported our vision to offer a turn-key solution to the wireless market and provide seamless execution for our customers and channel partners,” the Callahans said in a press release. “The recent addition of wireless and outside plant Engineering and Design teams to CCSI Networks highlights our commitment to providing the best possible service to our customers. We know that the O2 team shares our view on the wireless industry and will help drive our business to achieve our strategic goals.”

O2 Investment Partners is a Bloomfield Hllls-based private equity company that seeks to acquire a majority interest in lower middle market manufacturing, niche distribution, and select service and technology businesses. The  company invests with a view toward partnering with management to build and grow the business and take it to its next stage of development.
