SOUTHFIELD – ELEVATE is an Michigan Council of Women In Technology member benefit for current and former first-line to middle managers. This 6-week program is uniquely combined with peer group exchanges and senior leader speakers to support career development and professional networking.

MCWT is seeking the first-line to middle managers who want to elevate their success!

Applications are now being accepted through March 22, 2024. 
Limited to 40 attendees. 

This is a special cohort for MCWT’s women members who are current or former first-line to middle managers and are interested in elevating their leadership skills, advancing their careers and building a network.

Participants will learn key skills in leadership, team building, networking and communication, along with gaining a peer network for idea and solution sharing.

This is a 6-week program that will include three in-person sessions and two virtual sessions which will be held weekly on Wednesday evenings from 6:30 pm– 8:30 pm. The program will run from April 17 through May 22.

KICK-OFF: WEDNESDAY, APRIL 17, 2024, FROM 6:30 P.M. TO 8:30 P.M.   
LOCATION: MCWT OFFICE AT 1 TOWNE SQUARE, SOUTHFIELD

The MCWT ELEVATE program Includes:

  • Training content and speakers to share experiences that inspire conversations and ideas on both personal and team development, networking and industry influence.
  • Peer group sessions for continued development, exchanges and growth; designed to expand personal networks and engage in real challenges.
  • Opportunity to develop relationships with other managers and MCWT members for further collaboration.

Limited to 40 participants 

Please note that submitting your application does not involve any fees. However, if you are accepted for participation, you will be required to pay the program fee. 

Participation Fee for MCWT Members: $49 
Participation Fee for non-MCWT members: $149 (includes an MCWT membership)
