the seasonal changes, the history of the estate’s gardens, and the architectural marvels that define Ford

For those who have ever wondered about the hidden corners of Ford House, the Nooks & Crannies
Guided Tour, available Tuesdays through Sundays between September 24 and December 31, is the
perfect choice. This fan-favorite tour takes you beyond the usual visitor areas to explore the estate’s
lesser-known yet equally fascinating parts. Discover spaces typically off limits to the public, like the
third-floor infirmary, expansive basement, and underground tunnel. Discover architectural details and
historical artifacts often overlooked. Led by our expert guides, this tour provides a deeper
understanding of the estate’s rich history and the intriguing stories behind its hidden gems.

“We’re thrilled to offer these unique tours, as they provide a rare glimpse into Ford House that’s only
available during specific times of the year,” says Ford House Tour Manager Loren Stevens. “Both the
Autumn Landscape and Nooks & Crannies tours offer exclusive experiences that quickly capture the
imagination of our visitors. Due to their popularity, tickets tend to sell out fast, so we encourage
everyone to secure their spots early to avoid missing out on these exceptional opportunities.”

Both tours are designed to offer unique perspectives on Ford House, whether you’re a longtime admirer
or a first-time visitor. Availability for Guided Tours is limited. Purchasing tickets early is highly
recommended.

Tickets for these guided tours are $20 per adult, $18 per senior (65+), and $10 per child (ages 4-12).
Friends of Ford House, the estate’s affinity group, enjoy discounted tickets at $10 per adult and $5 per
child (4-12). To learn how to become a Friend of Ford House, visit www.fordhouse.org/friends.
