ANN ARBOR – Genomenon, Inc., and Shanghai Shanyi Biological Technology Co., Ltd have formed a partnership to provide Genomenon’s leading Mastermind Genomic Search Engine to clinical laboratory customers in China.
Genomenon’s Mastermind is a genomic search engine wiith nearly 3,500 users in over 100 countries, becoming the search engine of choice when researching patient variants for clinical NGS interpretation.

Dozens of clinical labs in North America and Europe have standardized on Mastermind in their NGS workflow to improve diagnostic yield and reduce turn around times. The partnership with Shanghai Shanyi aims to improve the quality of genetic disease diagnosis and treatment decisions in China.
