There have been a record number of UFOs in the news lately, along with a lot of government discussion about Unidentified Aerial Phenomena, which has left a lot of people wondering why it isn’t causing a bigger commotion among the general public. It’s probably because videos like this have been circulating social media for years.

This video is claimed to be taken in Wisconsin in 2022 and shows what looks like a UFO falling from the sky and then four military jets appear to be hot on the trail of the unknown object. There even seem to be people stopped in the street watching the strange skyward events as they unfold. But are they seeing a UFO crash landing on our planet?
It certainly looks like something is falling from the sky and it does appear visually different than the jets that follow, but it’s possible it was simply a regular plane with a trajectory directly over the town making it appear to be moving down when it’s actually just moving further away. The jets enter from a slightly different direction which could possibly account for why they do not appear to suffer the same optical illusion.
Many still believe the video should be taken at face value, and think it’s just as plausible that the government is covering up extraterrestrial contact. This puts the government in a bit of a catch-22 situation because either they have or they have not been studying anomalous occurrences and either answer is dissatisfactory. If they have been covering up information then they have to admit that which will be met with outrage, and if they haven’t been they look quite silly because they’ve been ignoring a situation that allowed a major breach of our national defenses in the form of high altitude spy balloons.
