NOVI – The IT consulting firm Red Level is moving to a larger headquarters in Novi to accommodate the company’s rapid growth.

The move, taking place in January, will see Red Level moving from 6,500 square feet of leased space on Catherine Industrial Drive to an 18,000-square-foot, company-owned building at 40200 Grand River Avenue.

The company says that following renovation, the new space will boast a contemporary open floor plan, cutting edge collaboration areas and plenty of natural light – a welcoming work environment for the talented technology professionals the company attracts.

Red Level CEO Dave King is eagerly anticipating the move.

“Our current office has worked very well for us for a long time, but we’ve hit the point where we’re pushing it to its limits,” King said. “We’ve expanded three times over the past 7 years, and there’s no more room for new employees and new business. Novi is the town we call home, and we wanted to remain part of this community. This is a nurturing, welcoming environment for businesses like ours, and it’s at the heart of a thriving tech hub. We’re delighted that we were able to find a perfect new home here.”

Novi mayor Bob Gatt welcomed Red Level’s announcement.

“Red Level is a valued member of our business community, but just as importantly they support countless other businesses in the city,” he said. “We work to make Novi a welcoming location for technology-focused businesses. Red Level’s presence here is a vote of confidence in Novi’s future, and a source of support for other companies looking to grow and prosper here.”

Red Level COO Janet Tyler shares King’s enthusiasm.

“This is a great community to do business in, and Oakland County has shown tremendous support for innovative technology companies through Tech 248 and Automation Alley,” Tyler said. “We’ve been privileged to be a part of Novi’s growth for the last decade, and this move ensures that we’ll continue to be in the future.”

Red Level cited key suppliers and partners for their integral roles in the relocation, including Plante Moran CRESA, Rightsize Facility Management, and Gordon B. Hall & Sons.
