TROY – The Walsh College Information Assurance Center is offering a High Tech Technology Crime Investigation Association seminar on Dec. 5 at on Weapons of Mass Deception.

Featured speaker is Cynthia Hetherington, a licensed private detective and owner of a New Jersey-based competitive intelligence and business research consultancy. Hetherington has a master of library science degree from Rutgers University and a master in science in information systems from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.

She publishes ?Data2know.com? and is a recurring columnist for ?PI Magazine? and the HTCIA newsletter. This program is free; pre-registration is required.
