TROY ? High school students interested in internet security can learn more at a cyber camp March 7-April 6 at Walsh College’s Troy Campus.
Students meet from 3:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays for five weeks in a state-of-the-art computer lab, where they will learn about phishing, pharming, and other computer crimes through hands-on simulations. They?ll also learn about the latest careers in computer forensics, criminal justice, e-commerce, homeland security and wireless technologies.
The cost is $20. Walsh College, Macomb Community College, Oakland Community College, Wayne County Community College, and Oakland Schools are jointly sponsoring the cyber camp.
