ROYAL OAK – Sequris Group announced that is has named Stephen R. Lance as Vice President, Sales and Marketing. He will focus closely on overall sales growth, profitability and establishing a strong brand presence for Sequris Group’s rapidly expanding service offerings. Lance brings more than 20 years of experience as a sales leader. He will report to Sequris Group’s President and Founder, Eric Eder.
“We are very excited to have someone with Stephen’s experience and vision leading our sales and marketing group. Stephen is a proven high performer with a natural sense of balance between hands on selling and sales strategy,” Eder said.
Prior to joining Sequris, Stephen has a strong track record of leading emerging technology companies from start up to over $100mmm in sales. He most recently served as North American Vice President of Sales at IntraLinks, Inc. where the company completed a successful IPO in 2010. Other career experience includes serving as Vice President of global sales at EQECAT, a leading catastrophe modeling company and Vice President of North American Sales at nCipher, a leading security technology provider. Stephen also held key management positions at ValiCert, Inc. and ParcPlace during their successful IPOs. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Wittenberg University, with majors in Mathematics and Business Administration.
