DETROIT – Michigan InfraGard members – plan to be in Washington DC September 30 and October 1 at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center for the two day SecureWorld Expo. A Keynote from the recently appointed National Cyber Security Center Director, Rod Beckstrom will open the conference.
Director Beckstrom will highlight the DHS perspective on this new inter-agency group, which will coordinate information sharing about cyber attacks aimed at government networks. Learn how the FBI, the NSA and the Defense Department will all be monitored by the new NCSC, and how the NCSC’s director will report findings directly to Homeland Security Secretary Michael Chertoff.
