AUBURN HILLS – Michigan’s Chief Security Officer Dan Lohrmann, Michigan’s Chief Technology Officer Rodney Davenport, and Oakland County Deputy County Executive and CIO Phil Bertolini will be keynote speakers March 7 for its Cyber Summit.
Oakland University’s CIO Theresa Rowe and Joe Adams, head of cybersecurity for Merit Network, also are confirmed to participate alongside Lohrmann and Davenport in a panel discussion.
The theme of the event is centered around what colleges can do to protect their cyber infrastructure, preparing for global cyber attacks, impacts of new threats, and preparation and solutions to address threats.
Oakland University’s Cyber Security Club, CyberOU will be hosting a Cyber Summit in the Elliott Hall Auditorium (EH242)
Check in and refreshments begin at 9 am and the event runs until 12:40 pm, followed by lunch.
