DETROIT – The new SSL VPN, or Caymas, is now available to all InfraGard members that have previously utilized the SmartPass software in the past 180 days. To access Caymas, you need to be approved for secured member status by the FBI.
Any secured member can contact the Technical Support line for Caymas at (877) 861-6298 and provide verification of their security information including user ID and password. If you don’t recall that information you must verify at least two out of three pieces of personal information on file. The Tech support personnel will then walk you through the steps of implementing usage of Caymas.
InfraGard encourages all secured members, whether they have received an official invitation or not, to set this process up now. Once the service is in full operation there is a planned function to permit members to log on and update their personal information as necessary. Updating this information by members will be vital in keeping the Michigan InfraGard Board informed of your most recent contact information.
