SOUTHFIELD ? Mark Ford, CISSP, principal in Deloitte & Touche will provide a presentation on a unique aspect of security at the October meeting of the Motor City Chapter of ISSA.
The meeting will take place at ISSA?s new location in Southfield. The meetings are open
to all paid and trial members of ISSA and their guests. The free trial membership is available for three months after registering at the national level of ISSA.ORG.
Ford is a Principal in Deloitte & Touche?s Security Services practice leading our Great Lakes and Ohio Valley regions. He also helped found the firm?s Identity Management service line and currently leads the practice on a global basis.
His experience in the information protection profession goes back over 20 years starting as an officer in the U.S. Army Military Intelligence Corp and including 10 years of information security and controls consulting with public accounting firms.
In those years, he has had extensive experience in assessing, designing and implementing enterprise Security and Controls solutions for a multitude of commercial and government clients. These experiences include the assessment and integration of solutions from technology solutions such as Web Single Sign-on or user account provisioning to broad-based risk management and control frameworks that help clients address major compliance requirements such as HIPAA and Sarbanes-Oxley.
