YPSILANTI ? The Information Assurance Student Organization at Eastern Michigan University, in conjunction with the Center for Regional and National Security, is hosting a series of informational talks with experts from February to April to explore risk vulnerabilities, Network Forensics, Ethical Hacking, Security from a Global Perspective, and more.
?If you?re involved in cyber security,? Lawver said, ?you may not be providing all the services that your clients require. So learning facts about global security begins with you.?
The speaker series starts on Feb. 21 with Walter Grech, a Security Manager, who will discuss Ethical Hacking and related topics.
On March 13, Steve Fox, a private consultant, will outline the latest information on Risk Vulnerability and the Enterprise.
March 27 will feature Dan Moore, an Intrusion Detection Specialist who will provide examples of case studies, and will be speaking on Network Security.
On April 10, a speaker from the Office of the Director of National Intelligence will discuss the Global impact of Intelligence and how to protect your information.
