DEARBORN – CA and CMP Media are co hosting a breakfast seminar in February aimed at helping Michigan CIOs, Directors, Vice Presidents and Information Technology decision makers to learn more about best practices for deploying IT service management.
Participants will have the opportunity to interact with CA experts, and a highly experienced senior consultant from BearingPoint, a CA partner and a pioneer in the field of ITIL deployment. All participants will leave with some answers to the following questions of business interest:
What are real-world best practice deployments in service management (including ITIL)?
What are the best techniques for developing an IT Service Management (ITSM) Roadmap?
How will a well-rounded roadmap promote a company’s success?
What does the ?future state? of Services Management look like for a specific IT environment and what benefits can be expected?
How can ITIL capabilities be implemented through a series of actionable initiatives that provide near-term benefits while moving towards longer term strategic goals?
Service Management solutions enable organizations to define and set IT service levels, as well as to provision, measure and estimate the costs of those services, while resolving incidents and problems. By controlling change and monitoring service levels based on industry best practices, business needs are met and value is realized.
The interactive breakfast symposium is scheduled for February 16th from 8-11 am in Dearborn. Admission is free to qualified attendees.
