KALAMAZOO ? Southwest Michigan Technical Assistance Center and the Procurement Technical Assistance Centers of Michigan are offering grant subsidized, low cost, practical training seminars that will help you identify ways to be more successful as a government contractor through improved marketing.
These seminars will provide companies with practical, hands-on guidance to more clearly target this niche customer. Participants will learn how to effectively develop a cost effective marketing strategy, evaluate marketing and advertising options, prepare for trade shows, position their company to the buyer, and retain existing customers. Topics will apply to the following industries: manufacturing, IT services, bioscience, and homeland security. Instructor: Paula Rhoades, Senior Business Consultant, Michigan Small Business and Technology Development Center, and partner in Orabone Rhoades. The cost is $35 per person.
