SOUTHFIELD – Christin D. Petroski of Warner Norcross & Judd LLP has been appointed to serve as the vice chairwoman of the Great Lakes Bay Regional Council of Inforum.
Petroski will serve a two-year term on the council of Inforum, which is focused on creating strategic connections and accelerating careers for women throughout Michigan and the Midwest. Inforum is one of the few organizations of its kind in the country that combines professional development, networking and original research to accelerate careers for women ? and make a positive impact on the business environment.
A senior counsel with the firm, Petroski concentrates her practice in corporate law with an emphasis on transactions, including corporate acquisitions, dispositions, mergers, reorganizations and new markets tax credit transactions. She also works with charitable organizations, focusing on non-profit formation, securing tax-exempt status and other business matters.
Petroski serves on the Stevens Center for Family Business Executive Council at Saginaw Valley State University and the Midland Downtown Development Authority. She is also a member of the Zonta Club of Midland.
