ANN ARBOR – The New Enterprise Forum and the Ann Arbor IT Zone will hold a joint program, called How to Evaluate the Sales Potential of Your Big Idea, on September 15 at SPARK Central in downtown Ann Arbor.

Following the panel, there will be two Showcase Presentations by Mindworks Learning and ElectroJet.

How to Evaluate the Sales Potential of Your Big Idea will highlight how entrepreneurship is about turning an idea into a real business that addresses customer concerns. Panelists Paula Rhoades, partner at Orabone Rhoades, LLC; Tom Kelly, president of Deligo; and Jason Burr, managing director of Arbor Partner; will discuss how to know if your idea will work and whether there are customers for your solution.

The panelists will offer suggestions about evaluating your idea, assessing the marketplace and adjusting the initial concept to create a sound business.

Registration and networking begin at 5 p.m. with the program starting at 5:45 p.m. Free to NEF and IT Zone members, the cost is $20 for nonmembers and $5 for students.
