ANN ARBOR – Robert Pasick’s May 2 LeadersConnect breakfast will review the Gallup Path to Success, and include a panel discussion on how to use this strength-based approach to managing your business.
His panelists will include:
Robert Chapman, President and CEO of United Bancorp, Inc. will discuss how this highly successful community bank is using a positive, strengths based approach in its leadership development program. He will talk about challenges that he faces in switching from a traditional assessment approach to the strength based model.
Kate Young, RN MS, Director of Medical Administration, Blue Care Network will describe how the Blue Care Network has successfully used the Gallup StrengthsFinders and Q12 over the past several years. She will also introduce the Gallup CE11 and the I10.
The breakfast starts at 7:30 am at SPARK Central, the former Ann Arbor IT Zone Launchpad. The cost is $15 for IT Zone members, $25 for non members and students – if they register in advance. Walk in registration is $30.
