KALAMAZOO ? GLIMASouthwest Vice President Paul Nevills and his team from MPI Research helped raise more than $1000 to benefit Goodwill Industries and the Fragile X Syndrome, the leading cause of inherited mental retardation.
Team MPI Cleared 4 Take-off towed a 100,000 pound Boeing 727 12-foot at the Kalamazoo County Airport. The competition involved two separate pulls. Nevills 20-person team?s combined time was 26.9 seconds, beating the second place team by more than 10 seconds.
MPI also won 1st place for being the team that raised the most money ($1,012) as this was a fund raising event with proceeds donated to Goodwill Industries and Fragile X Syndrome. Congratulations Paul.
