TROY ? Choosing a commercial photographer in the digital age is the topic of the June 8 Sunrise Seminar hosted by GLIMASoutheast and The Rosh Group.

Rosh Sillars, owner of The Rosh Group, which represents commercial photographers and creative talent to the corporate and advertising communities, is the featured speaker and will discuss:

Sillars, who currently serves as a photography instructor at both Wayne State University and University of Detroit-Mercy, has earned numerous awards during his 17-year career while capturing images that tell a story, evoke an emotion or represents the subject in its natural context. Presidents, professional and amateur athletes, pop stars and local heroes have been among his many subjects.

The event will take place on June 8, at the Oakland County IT Auditorium located at 1200 N. Telegraph Rd., Bldg. 49 West, in Pontiac from 8:30 a.m.-10:00 a.m., with registration and breakfast from 8:00 a.m.-8:30 a.m.
