TROY – GLIMASoutheast and CA, formerly Computer Associates, are joining forces to host the next 5:01 Business Networking Event Sept. 21 at the Metro Lounge in Royal Oak.
The Metro Lounge is located at 1214 S. Main St., behind the Oxford Inn. The event runs from 5:01 to 8 PM.
In addition to the opportunity to network with fellow GLIMASoutheast members and colleagues from around the Detroit metropolitan area, there will be a collection for Justice For Children, a national nonprofit organization of citizens concerned about children’s rights and their protection from abuse. In return for a $5 donation, tickets will be drawn for a chance at valuable door prizes.
CA is one of the world’s largest information technology (IT) management software companies. The company?s worldwide clientele list includes 99 percent of the Fortune 1000 companies, government organizations and educational institutions.
Non-members, who wish to join GLIMA that evening, will have their $10 admission fee deducted from the annual $75 membership fee (even less for multiple members from the same company).
