FLINT ? GLIMAEast elected new officers and a new board at its February annual meeting. Continuing on a chairman is Dave Holland, CIO of the Genesys Health System, elected for a three year term.

Other officers include Royce Mashburn Jr., Vice Chairman, Sales Manager at Schmald Tool & Die; John Foster, Treasurer, President of Convergent; and Deb Holbeck, Secretary, TGI Direct.

?We re-elected all the officers,?? Holland said. ?We also have five committees that run this organization. At our meeting Tuesday, we talked about our goals for the upcoming years. We want to grow to more than 100 active members attending meetings on a regular basis. Our second goal is to host at least 10 events during the next year. Our third goal is to move from a group where the board does all the work to committees doing all the work and the board doing the oversight.?

Holland said he?s asked the five committees to put together an annual plan and budget and report back to the board on March 29.
