PORT HURON ? GLIMABluewater has rolled out its first chapter monthly eNewsletter, called the Chronicle, to focus communications with its members from a half dozen or more emails each month down to only one.

?We were sending out eight to twelve emails to our members each month,? said Ann Carrier, GLIMABluewater Communications Chairman, ?and we don’t want people to get sick of hearing from us. We figured it was a good idea to condense all our messages into one easy to read format.?

Contents include Event Details, Member News, Global Schema, News for GLIMABluewater Gamers, Upcoming Events and Submission Requests.

The eNewsletter goes to about 75 members and potential members in the Port Huron area.

?Our feedback so far is members really like it,?? Carrier said. ?Two people saw a printed copy of our first newsletter in January, came to the January event and now have become perspective members, if not members already.?
