ANN ARBOR – ForeSee Results this week acquired Red Spade, an online usability consultant, for an undisclosed sum. But the result of the acquisition is ForeSee Results’ clients now can add targeted usability audit reviews to help guide online improvements.
Using the scientific methodology of the University of Michigan’s American Customer Satisfaction Index, ForeSee Results quantifies the link between drivers of online satisfaction (such as navigation, product information, functionality, and others) and desirable behaviors like future purchases, return site visits and referrals. Adding usability audit reviews will allow ForeSee Results to provide clients with a direct path to website improvement. Analysis of specific website visitor satisfaction concerns can now be extended to include recommendations on what clients should do to address these issues.
“This acquisition made perfect sense as part of ForeSee Results’ aggressive strategy to meet the needs of clients that require more specific direction on where to concentrate their online investment and improvement efforts,” said Larry Freed, President and CEO of ForeSee Results. “There is no better company offering usability audits than Red Spade, and adding their usability audits to our stable of solutions will allow us to offer our clients both a diagnosis and a detailed prescription for what changes and enhancements will bring the greatest return on investment.”
