KALAMAZOO – Optimal, top-level, balanced performance metrics ? how to identify them and how to achieve them ? will be the topic of a seminar hosted by Southwest Michigan First, BlueGranite and Kalamazoo Valley Community College?s Michigan Technical Education Center.

The seminar will present a clear, straightforward method for participants to identify their most important top-level metrics. And, it will teach them how to implement business processes and improvement practices to ensure that their team hits those targets. The seminar is part of a series of programs designed to ensure that businesses are meeting the challenges of an increasingly global competitive environment.

?This is an ideal program for business leaders that would directly participate in the organization?s performance improvement efforts,? said Matt Mace, president of Blue Granite. ?We believe this will help them put their organizations on the path to world-class excellence.?

The event occurs March 24 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at M-TEC in The Groves business park. Cost is $495 and registration is required in advance.
