TROY – ConnecTech, Automation Alley’s technology professional membership organization, is once again partnering with the Midwest Technology Leaders for its upcoming Mentor Program. The deadline to apply is Dec. 15.

The program pairs participants in a one-on-one relationship with a local CIO and will begin with Kickoff Training from Executive Coach Barry Demp DempCoaching.Com

who prepares both mentors and mentees to get the most value from the program by introducing new approaches to mentoring and coaching.

Program applicants should be looking to further their personal and professional excellence.

“This experience provides you with mentoring and coaching you cannot find anywhere else,” said Taylor Bohannon, Polk Systems. “This program is a truly valuable resource for anyone who wants to climb the corporate ladder.”

The program spans 10 months; applicants must be ConnecTech members. There is a $50 non-refundable application fee (discounted to $25 for employees of Automation Alley member companies).

First round of application materials, interviews with 2008 CIO Mentors and more can be found at ConnecTech.Org
