DETROIT – Consulting firm C/D/H relocate its Southeast Michigan offices to downtown Detroit on March 17 from Royal Oak. About 10 Detroit-based C/D/H employees will work in the newly renovated 3,200 square foot open floor plan space, designed for workplace collaboration.

The move puts C/D/H in Detroit?s Tech Hub Network, and closer to about 40 percent of the firm?s Southeast Michigan client base, about 20 percent of which have a downtown location, making this an all-around strategic move for C/D/H.

?If you want to do something innovative, something that will put you ahead of your competition, you need a firm that thinks differently than the other guys. That?s C/D/H,? asserts Paul Hillman, partner at C/D/H. ?That?s why forward-thinking companies are moving to downtown Detroit.?

C/D/H first established a presence in Southeast Michigan in 2005 with an office in the Southfield Town Center, then moved to Royal Oak, and now to the historic Wright Kay building at 1500 Woodward Ave. C/D/H will occupy the 4th floor of the Wright Kay building. Other Wright Kay building occupants include Neumann/Smith Architecture, the firm that renovated the new space for C/D/H, and restaurant Wright & Co.

C/D/H is leasing the office space through Bedrock Management Services. The building is owned by Dan Gilbert and his partners.
