Bowling For Turkeys Theme Of GLIMABluewater November Member Drive

PORT HURON ? Certainly falling under the category of a crazy holiday-related theme, GLIMABluewater’s membership drive in November will encourage members to bowl for turkeys at the Port Huron Lanes. Winners will receive a coupon for a free turkey just in time for Thanksgiving.

The bowling party also will feature a 50-50 raffle to benefit Salvation Army’s Christmas Giving Tree for Children.

Bowling for Turkeys is scheduled for Nov. 10 at 7 pm at the Port Huron Lanes. Members get in free, non members pay $10, but the money can be applied towards the $35 annual GLIMA Bluewater membership fee. It also includes three games and show rental.

Interested parties need to register by noon Nov. 8.
