TROY -To celebrate its 5th birthday, ardentCause L3C, one of the first Michigan-based L3C?s, has launched a new website, publicizing innovative online data solutions and services to achieve better outcomes in the philanthropic, nonprofit and education communities.

Founded in 2009, ardentCause, the brainchild of Michigan technology veterans, is dedicated to the nonprofit sector and delivers easy-to-use, current technology and services, at reasonable costs. CauseEffectz is the company?s flagship data integration solution encompassing decision support, impact analysis, and dashboard capabilities. From that beginning, ardentCause has grown to serve some of the largest funders, nonprofit agencies and collaborations in the region through its enhanced software tools for data collection, analysis, visualization and communication of information.

The company recently introduced new subscription-based online data management solutions that can connect to CauseEffectz. Those focus on:

● a nonprofit client and asset management platform;

● the monitoring of individual and community wide progress towards overall well-being and self sufficiency;

● an easy to use, comprehensive system for adult and family literacy programs.

?In addition to our 5th anniversary, new products, and the new website, we are celebrating a number of new partnerships and opportunities,? says Rosemary Bayer, Chief Inspiration Officer for ardentCause. ?We are now working with the HighScope Educational Research Foundation to provide data and evaluation services for the Head Start program in Detroit. We value our key partners, Nonprofit Enterprise at Work (NEW) and Data Driven Detroit (D3) and many others who have provided support.?

?United Way for Southeastern Michigan sponsored our initial CauseEffectz pilot with the Early Learning Communities project,? Bayer explains. ?It was that early work that gave us the multi-tiered structure and ability to aggregate any data from anywhere so CauseEffectz now meets the needs of all collaborations and nonprofits to show vital outcomes from their work.?

Bayer is also very proud of the collaborative work that ardentCause has done in both the adult literacy and senior services areas. ?Reading Works provides the backbone support for data collection and management of its 9 individual agencies, and uses CauseEffectz to understand the impact they are making to change the landscape in a positive way for adult literacy.? Bayer noted, too that ?The Southeast Michigan Senior Services Collaborative collects quality of life measurements for their senior populations. Then the collaborative uses CauseEffectz to analyze the outcomes and effectiveness of their services and identify where there are gaps in services.?

Future plans for ardentCause include taking some of its mature products to market outside of Michigan to meet the growing national need for nonprofits to understand and monitor outcomes effectively, and expanding its custom database and consulting services. This means adding to its business development, marketing and technology teams.

?We have been very deliberate and careful in our growth plans,? states Bayer. ?We were founded to serve nonprofits and their funders. We measure our success by their satisfaction and we are thrilled that our customers express delight in what we do for them. We intend to keep their confidence for many years to come.?
