AI is being heralded as the most promising technology of our future, and will establish itself as a cornerstone of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. Today the automotive industry is changing as automobiles become equipped with devices and systems that are autonomous and connect you to the world. Pushing artificial intelligence towards its full potential will enable Michigan to become the leader, not only in autonomous vehicles, but across diverse industries. Over 95% of corporate leaders surveyed recognize that AI will transform their industry. However, many don’t know when and how that will happen, but it will surely happen. The rise of AI will have significant impact on people, jobs, society, government, the environment and the world as we know. There is also a negative shadow around AI - Will it destroy jobs? Will it take over our world? As entrepreneurs, it is imperative for us to find the best way to engage with this technology and make it productive for humankind.

The AI Competition is aimed at recognizing the six top-level entrepreneurs and startups working on disruptive AI technologies. The six finalists will demo and pitch at TiECon Detroit on October 6th and the winner will be eligible for up to a $50,000 equity investment, support services, and mentorship from Kyyba Innovations extensive global network.
