DETROIT– Lambert & Co. has added two new professionals to its automotive and mobility practice: Lisa Lark, director, and Katelyn Davis, senior manager. Both will be based in the public relations agency’s Detroit office.

Joining Lambert from global automotive supplier Varroc Lighting Systems, Lark has extensive experience in the automotive communications space. Having worked for both original equipment manufacturers and Tier 1 suppliers, Lark’s experience spans a broad spectrum, including internal communications, public relations and strategic planning.

In her previous role with Varroc, Lark supported initiatives for the company’s global locations, providing communications counsel to C-suite executives and spearheading brand reputation management. In addition to her tenure in corporate America, Lark also has experience in the education sector having spent time as a high school and community college English and writing teacher. She has a bachelor’s degree in communications, as well as master’s degrees in teaching and English as a second language, all from the University of Michigan-Dearborn.

Lambert also welcomes Davis, who joins the firm with extensive experience in the automotive and mobility space as the former director of MICHauto, a key economic development initiative of the Detroit Regional Chamber. During her time with the organization, Davis was responsible for talent and advocacy programs aimed at promoting, retaining, and growing the state’s global leadership in the automotive space. Additionally, she held corporate affairs and communications positions with Yazaki North America, Inc., and was embedded onsite at Ford Motor Company in communications with GTB.

Davis’ projects have been recognized with four national awards, including wins for internal communications campaigns and a user-generated social media campaign. She has a graduate certificate in New Media Communications from Wayne State University and a Bachelor of Science degree in advertising and public relations from Grand Valley State University.

“I am excited to have both Lisa and Katelyn as part of the Lambert team in Detroit,” said Lambert president Don Hunt. “Their combined experience and unique industry insights will help elevate Lambert’s automotive and mobility practice to the next level. We are honored to welcome them and look forward to their contributions.”

Lambert also announced the company has posted 32 percent growth, year-over-year, making Lambert a top-10 financial and investor relations firm and top-10 environment and public affair firm, based on annual fee billings. What’s more, Lambert recently launched an office in Phoenix.
