BLOOMFIELD HILLS – AWC Detroit will host a professional development breakfast, “Social Media & the Law” on November 14 from 8-10:AM. The program will explore current legalities of social media communication and how companies and communicators can maximize social media exposure while remaining within legal and community standards.

Laura Oliveto, Vice President of Programs for AWC Detroit states, “Recent news stories are raising serious concerns about the legal implications of social media posts. Policies and standards on social media platforms are changing rapidly and professional communicators must stay current on the law.”
