DETROIT – The fourth annual Michigan Google Developers DevFest is coming this Saturday to Grand Circus in downtown Detroit.

If you are interested in learning, and networking on some of the coolest Google technologies out there, then this conference is for you. It features an all-star line up of speakers (including Google recognized experts) covering Android and Google Web technologies.

Checkout some of these sessions:

  • Learn how to get up and running with Polymer with Dean Dreon and Dan Schnau from Quicken Loans
  • Learn how to integrate the Google Maps API into your project with Seth Johnson from Fathead
  • Learn how to create simpler, more testable and maintainable code (aka clean architecture) with Michael Pardo from Notion AI
  • Learn how to use Material Design on all versions of Android with Google Developer Expert, Mike Wolfson
  • Newly Added! – Learn how to use Firebase with Lloyd Cledwyn from the Google Developers Group Twin Cities, Minnesota

These are just a few of the wide range of topics related to Google Web technologies and Android that will be at this conference. We will also be continuing our tradition this year of raffling off close to $3,000 worth of Android devices and wearables at the end of the day.

On top of this – breakfast, lunch and snack are included with the price of your ticket as well as parking in downtown Detroit.

All of this goodness is only $75 for professionals and $40 for students. Great networking if you’re looking for a job, too.
