FARMINGTON HILLS – Macprofessionals, Michigan’s only independent Apple authorized service provider for iPhone, has opened a second location in Farmington Hills. The company’s first retail location is in Bay Harbor in northern Michigan.

Macprofessional’s headquarters is in Novi, where 90 engineers, sales executives, specialists and administrative staff are based. Some 14 new employees were hired to staff the new Farmington Hills store,  located at 30907 Orchard Lake Road.

“Check-in on one of our iPad’s and enjoy a complementary cup of our signature d·r·i·p coffee,” said Marketing Executive Marion Mcalister. “When you purchase a pound of our signature d·r·i·p coffee, you may select one of our four charities and we will donate a portion.  Our charities are: Lighthouse of Oakland County, Gleaners Food Bank, Karmanos Cancer Institute and Children’s Hospital of Michigan.

“Relax on one of our comfortable chairs or socialize at a high top.  Kids will enjoy our Kids Area, where we have a place for them to enjoy too,” Mcalister said.  Browse our selection of iPhone accessories, high-tech gadgets and sound systems from vendors like Bang & Olufsen, Barman, Charles Darius, House of Marley, Native Union, Woodup, Waltzing Matilda, Michigan Made products  and many more unique items.”

Macprofessionals, Inc., is a full-service technology services company specializing in Apple platform service and consulting, as well as setup and deployment services for Windows, Chromebook, and Apple devices. As the area’s only Apple Authorized Service Provider with iPhone repair authorization, the new store can swap out a broken iPhone for a new Apple iPhone while customers wait. All iPhones are eligible regardless of wireless provider. Many repairs can be done while customers wait.
